Standard Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from the Mirabilis Corporation:
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it;
- Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.
- We have a Re-Stock fee of 75 USD that will be retained from your refund.
How to Return An Item
- To return an item to Mirabilis Corporation: send an e-mail to our company (returns@sikur.com) and we will help you thought the process with our Distributor network
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method: If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Shipping & Delivery
- Our company will handle your order to be fulfilled thought our Distributor Network and the Distributor near to you will contact to arrange the delivery and duties and taxes extras depending of the country of delivery.
- On the release date December 2015, you will receive a e-mail with your shipping and delivery information.Some items may be made available for pre-order before their official release date. Because they are not available for immediate shipment, pre-orders can be reviewed, updated, or canceled at any time before they are released.
Shipping Cost
- The cost for shipping will be informed by our Distributor Partner as soon as the device is ready to ship.
- Our Distributor will contact you for additional chargers regarding Duties and Taxes

Order Acknowledgement Email
The Order Acknowledgement email provides a summary of all the items on your order. If you are shipping an item on your order, the Order Acknowledgement will display the shipping address and other informations.
